Our Team

All sections are run by a Section Leader with a Group Scout Leader in overall charge of the Group.

We have a Group Executive Committee which manages the affairs of the Group, thereby leaving the
Leaders to concentrate on planning their weekly meetings.

Group Scout Leader (GSL)
Responsibilities - To ensure effective operation of the Scout Group.

Assistant Group Scout Leader
Responsibilities - To assist the Group Scout Leader to ensure effective operation of the Scout Group.

Section Leader
Responsibilities - To plan and implement a balanced programme with the assistance of Assistant Leaders.

Assistant Leader
Responsibilities - To assist the Section Leader.

Group Treasurer
Responsibilities - To provide financial administration of the Scout Group.

Group Chairman
Responsibilities - To assist GSL in effective operation of the Scout Group.

Group Secretary
Responsibilities - To provide administrative support to the Scout Group.

Group Administrator
Responsibilities - To provide administrative support to the Scout Group.
